Year 2011!! January already passed. I did not get time to update my blog. Two big websites launched, as a programmer we were very happy than clients. It feels wow when your hard works get appreciated highly. I wish them good luck for their business; hope they will be huge success in their category.

I have been waiting for Spanish visa since last 40 days, they denied. Hard luck!! Client’s plan got corrupted (what can I say – take it easy). Not happy but hope next time.

Now office space look small (lets see). My programmers are getting calls from other local companies (I appreciate that they update me). I build my team from ground zero, some time feel bad when they try to break it.

Parents are planning to visit me since long, hope this summer they will be with me.

So I missed to wish everybody, it is not late much. Wish you all a happy and fruitful New Year ahead

At sisnolabs – we are hiring new developers. Now instead of confirm on first day. We have started new procedure – they have to show their coding style for 3-4 days. It will make many things clear like are they serious about job?

We don’t expect them to know everything but are they able to catch the things which we going to teach them on next few weeks?

I also declined some local web development projects. 2011 approaching very fast, look like something special will happen to me. It will be clear very second week of Jan 2011 (of course will do blog post).

Last few weeks lots of happening at personal front. Enjoy all the time on those functions. At cousin’s marriage I dance like never before. I got chance to meet with some relative after long time. I find cook in me again, every Sunday I am cooking mutton with different style (I do have Preety and my bro. as critics. But I love my dish.)

I am in very strange situation since last few days. Not able to find out whether I am happy, very happy, bored, tired or something else. At work place everything is cool… things can’t be good more than this. At personal front all is going excellent too.

Break! I am just back from long vacation. I am not missing old days too. Perhaps I do not have new challenges. May be I am behaving more like machines/robots. So I have set target (challenges) for next few days to fight for.

Ohh don’t expect me to list out those challenges, I never does that. I like to talk about them only when I achieve them.

Yesterday Preety and I spent few hours at Sonegaon Lake. Water level was much improved, thank God this year we have good rain. At summer time we don’t see water and it looks like playground

At evening we saw many people sitting on benches near lake, many were family members with their kids. I find it much better place to sit and relax, compare to Futala Lake which has generally huge crowd and traffic.

Its raining since morning, I am in office. It looks great outside.

I want to play football again! I want to put on kit! I wish to kick like before! I want to swim like fish! I wish to hit boxing pad hard! I wish to go for fish catching!

Ohh!! I wont get those time again?
